We try to handle things differently, with informed customers making educated decisions, not fear-based reactions. While we will charge you prior to service, you will not be taken on the long road to a solution. Part of informing our customers is our attempt to post DIY guides.
We want you to know what you can do, but trust us to do it for you.

Network Support

Is it copper and ends in something slightly larger than a phone jack? We can help. Network services are $200 for the first 30 minutes, followed by live support rates of 40/15min unit, and we can do anything you want.
Host Halo? SOLDAT over IP? Forwarding ports and maintaining address reservations on edge networks are our specialities. We can help with picking out hardware to avoid the added rental costs given the appriopriate information.

Live support is where Z BACKSLASH assists as soon as available, but not more than 1 hour out. If it takes longer to get to you, you only pay the price of Remote Support!
Live Support is billed at a rate of $40/15 minute unit. with a 60 dollar initial consulation for 30 minutes of live support time.

Remote Computer Support

Direct support of your PC ailments, $125 for the first hour! Be it building or drivers, we will try to leave you with a better machine any time you ask us to take a look under the hood.
Remote support is when Z BACKSLASH's listens to your problem, and offers a measured 30 minute consultation with troubleshooting attempts allowed in the time. You will be asked if you wish to chase an issue to the end of the earth, it is always the customer's choice to continue.
Unfortunately, while there is no way to guarantee success, we will attempt to give you an accurate estimate of the additional time that may be required to find a solution. Remote Support is billed at $30/15 minute unit, but your consultation is only $50.
